Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)

Comfort and Lower Heating Bills:
Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) homes start with a minimum R-17 value (4" of Polystyrene and 5" concrete), combined with a high Thermal Mass means you will not feel the effects of the temperature extremes outdoors. This will reduce the load on heating/cooling units. Since you will be surrounded by an envelope of concrete, air infiltration is greatly reduced. Air drafts commonly felt in conventional construction are almost eliminated.

Solid and Secure:
Solid reinforced concrete homes are safe for your family! ICF homes have proven themselves in Florida, Texas and many states throughout America. They have stood up to the worst that mother nature can throw at them; tornados, hurricanes, fires. They have survived when many conventional homes would be devastated by these disasters.

Peace and Quiet:
ICF homes provide a truly serene environment, blocking out most outside noise. In sound transmission research, ICF homes allowed 1/3 the sound to pass compared to a conventional fiberglass filled walls. For more information, click here ICF Additional Information
