In the category of Concrete Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Building Projects, one of the winning projects was Gough's new office building located in the Merrillville area. Recipients included the following individuals and/or organizations: Gough, Inc., and Ozinga Indiana RMC, Inc.

Gough’s goal was to highlight a product that they use, place, and finish everyday. Rather than pour concrete floors and cover them with tile or carpet, their goal was to leave them exposed with a unique finish. Diamond Buffing used a five step process to highlight and finish the floors. The floors were sanded several times using a finer process each time. The floors were then sealed and polished. There was 550 cubic yards of colored concrete used in this project.
