In the category of Concrete Commercial & Industrial, Tilt Up, one of the winning projects was the Stoddard Warehouse located in the Lafayette area. Recipients included the following individuals and/or organizations: Stoddard Development, Schneider Engineering, Romano Company, Allen Engineering, Milestone Contractors, Elbrecht Concrete and Irving Materials, Inc.

It is now the Largest ALL concrete building in Tippecanoe County with 400,000 cubic yards of concrete under roof. There is also as much concrete on the outside of building in paving as concrete on the inside. While working on the project the flatwork contractor and paving contractor coordinated pours, enabling both to perform large pours on the same work days. Early morning floor pours were followed by afternoon park lot pours.

IRMCA presents these awards to recognize extensive application or imaginative use of concrete; and to honor the accomplishments of project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, owners and ready mixed concrete producers.
