Developing Concrete Leaders is IRMCA’s leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of professionals in the ready mixed concrete industry.
Through a series of four interactive sessions, participants gain practical leadership skills, strengthen communication and decision making, and build connections with peers across Indiana’s concrete community. Delivered in partnership with Indiana University Indianapolis and Indiana Constructors, Inc., the program combines expert instruction with real-world application.
Whether you are preparing for a leadership role or looking to grow within your organization, Developing Concrete Leaders provides a strong foundation for long-term success in the industry.

Join us for Cars, Coffee & Concrete on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Hosted at the historic Plymouth Mobilgas Station in partnership with IRMCA, this monthly Cars & Coffee event will feature a special touch-a-truck experience with a ready mix concrete truck.
Bring the kids and kids at heart to explore a real concrete mixer up close while enjoying complimentary donuts and coffee from The Coffee Lodge and Bakery.
This is a free community event with no registration required. Just stop by, connect with fellow members, and enjoy a fun morning celebrating both American history and the concrete industry.

Join your favorite Hoosier Ready Mix Concrete Association for a fun afternoon of golf, concrete camaraderie, and scholarship fundraising! All proceeds from this golf outing will directly fund the IRMCA scholarship program.
Through our generous fundraising donations, we are able to award a monetary scholarship every year to an Indiana student who is studying Engineering or Construction Management with future career goals to work in concrete. It is our goal to encourage the future generation to enter the world of concrete design and construction by awarding these scholarships.
