“It’s a huge asset for us. Being such a small company, we don’t have a ton of resources, but with the help of IRMCA it helps us kind of even the playing field. It gives us resources to be a little bigger than we actually are. It’s been a phenomenal tool for us to continue to grow and learn, change and evolve.”

“To be honest with you, it’s been over 50 years that we’ve been involved. I’ve been working here [Cash Concrete Products], actively for 38 or 39 years. And as IRMCA continues to grow, the more you want to be involved with and be a part of it.”

“I’d say probably the short course, which is now called the Winter Mixer, is something we all look forward to coming to. Brainstorming and learning what’s changing… It is my favorite part about this event.”
The Winter Mixer serves as a space where Producers, Associates, Contractor Members and industry partners gather to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and stay ahead of change. Tim’s enthusiasm for the event mirrors the role it plays in shaping the future of the association.
