A four-session leadership development program designed to equip concrete professionals with the skills, confidence, and perspective to grow within their organizations and lead the industry forward.

Quarterly sessions meet from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. Onsite attendance is required.

Sponsorship Opportunities 

Support the next generation of leaders in the concrete industry through the Developing Concrete Leaders program. For $1,500, companies may sponsor one of the quarterly DCL sessions.

Sponsors are provided the opportunity to connect directly with participants and share insights, services, and industry expertise during a dedicated 15-minute presentation. Sponsors will also receive onsite recognition, including branded signage displayed during their sponsored session.

DCL Program Overview

Developing Concrete Leaders is a four-session leadership development program designed specifically for professionals in the ready mixed concrete industry.

Through expert-led instruction and interactive discussion, participants gain practical leadership skills they can apply immediately in their roles. Each session builds on the last, creating a structured and engaging learning experience focused on real-world application.

Delivered in partnership with Indiana University Indianapolis, the program combines leadership fundamentals with industry-specific insight.
