Annual IRMCA Winter Mixer

The annual IRMCA Winter Mixer, newly renamed from the IRMCA Short Course, brought the industry together for a record breaking event held MON through WED, JAN 12-14, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.

This year’s Winter Mixer welcomed 235 total attendees, along with 21 exhibitors and the strong support of 21 sponsors, making it one of the largest and most impactful gatherings in event history. The introduction of a new half day attendance option also expanded access and participation across the industry.

The event kicked off Monday afternoon with the Exhibitor Welcome Reception and the 4th Annual Hot Wheels© Mixer Truck Tournament, setting the tone for three days of connection, collaboration, and celebration.

The 2026 Winter Mixer also featured keynote speaker Tony Kanaan, one of the most successful drivers in IndyCar Series history. As the 2004 IndyCar Champion and 2013 Indy 500 Winner, Kanaan delivered an engaging and inspiring message that resonated with attendees from across the ready mix concrete industry.
